The centrifuge dehydration relies on the main motor to drive the main shaft and screen basket to rotate at high speed. The material in the screen basket rotates together with the screen basket. Under the action of centrifugal force, most of the water in the material is discharged. At the same time, the main shaft and screen basket vibrate along the axial direction, which not only achieves the purpose of vibration unloading, but also keeps the material fully loose, ensuring the best dehydration effect.

Working principle

The material enters the bottom of the screen bar through the enamel feed pipe and the screen seat. The material in the screen bar is close to the screen surface under the action of centrifugal force. The material layer moves evenly to the large end of the screen bar under the action of vibration force. The dehydrated material is thrown out from around the screen bar and falls into the discharge port at the bottom of the casing and discharged downward. Under the action of centrifugal force, the water in the material passes through the material layer and the screen gap, is thrown around the casing, and flows along the casing wall to the discharge port.

Installation instructions

The machine not only has a long service life, low accident rate, stable and reliable operation, but also has a small dynamic load on the foundation and low noise. At the same time, it can ensure that the material layer in the screen basket moves forward loosely and evenly, which is conducive to the separation of water. At the same time, the vibration of the material layer can prevent particles from clogging the screen gap. Changing the amplitude and frequency can also adjust the speed of the material and control the dehydration time of the material in the centrifuge.
