Design and selection
The best type of vibrating screen can be selected according to the needs of the user, by phone, email and on-site communication. Side plate

Beams
The excitation beams and cross beams are manufactured according to a manufacturing process far higher than the industry standard. High-quality welding wires, special heat treatment processes, large imported CNC machine tools are used to process the end faces of the beams, and imported rubber sheets are used for corrosion protection to ensure that the special fatigue requirements and wear resistance characteristics of high-intensity vibrations are matched.
Assembly and test machine
All components undergo various tests and tests to ensure that the final assembled vibrating screen products meet the design requirements. The natural frequency is detected by the frequency analyzer during the 72-hour trial run, and the collected data is uploaded to the computer for finite element analysis.
