Vibrating Screen Exciter

Working principle of the Vibrating Screen Exciter:

The picture shows the mechanism of the vibrator. The box contains a driving shaft 1 and a driven shaft 2. Each shaft end has a pair of 4 eccentric blocks of the same weight. The driving shaft is driven by power to rotate, and the driven shaft is rotated relatively and synchronously through the gear pair 3. The centrifugal inertia force generated by the rotation of the unbalanced weight is used to make the vibrator generate directional exciting force. The exciting force and working torque can be adjusted by adjusting the rotation speed of the eccentric block and the number and position of the plug-ins, and changing the unbalanced rotating weight. Gear oil is added to the sealed box to lubricate and dissipate heat for the gears and bearings, ensuring smooth transmission and reliable operation.
