Screen Box

Function: Carrying the screen and materials, it is the main actuator of vibration.

Structure: Usually welded by side panels, beams, reinforcement ribs, etc., some high-end models are bolted (easy to disassemble and repair).

Screen Mesh

Function: Separate materials of different particle sizes, which is the core element of screening.

Type:
Wire mesh (low cost, suitable for medium and fine particle screening, such as ore and grain).
Perforated plate screen (made of stamped steel plate, wear-resistant, suitable for coarse-grained and high-impact materials, such as construction waste).
Polyurethane screen (good elasticity, wear resistance, moisture resistance, not easy to block holes, suitable for wet and sticky materials such as coal and sand mud).

Vibration Generator

Function: Provide vibration force to drive the screen box to vibrate.

Type:
Motor + eccentric block (most common, such as the vibration motor directly drives the eccentric block to rotate to generate centrifugal force, with a simple structure).
Vibrator (composed of bearings and eccentric shafts, suitable for large vibrating screens, with greater and more stable vibration force).

Shock absorber

Function: absorb vibration energy, reduce the impact of equipment on the foundation, and reduce noise.

Type:
Spring shock absorption (helical spring, rubber spring, low cost, suitable for small and medium-sized screens).
Air spring (good shock absorption effect, adjustable stiffness, suitable for high-precision or large equipment).

Support Structure

Function: Fix the equipment, bear the overall weight and vibration load.

Type: Floor-standing bracket (suitable for small and medium-sized screening machines, easy to install), hanging bracket (suitable for space-constrained scenarios, such as the upper level of the production line).

Auxiliary parts

Sealing device: such as dust cover, rubber sealing strip (to prevent dust leakage, protect operators and environment, suitable for dusty industries such as mining and chemical industry).

Discharge port: designed according to the material flow direction, usually with an inclination (to avoid material accumulation).
